Mr. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry including residential as well as commercial, He has a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to the team. Mr. Michael began his career in 1989 opening a new mortgage company dedicated to service. Mr. Michael's strong management and organizational skills drove First Mortgage's growth to 17 offices and over 180 employees in less than 34 months. By 2005, Mr. Michael refocused his concentration towards private money lending to facilitate quality residential and commercial acquisition and development projects that fell outside the scope of conventional lending. Mr. Michael then teamed with his Managing partner to form A&J Realty Fund providing conventional, residential, commercial and private money financing all under one roof.
Mr Michael, a real estate investor & private lender himself, specializes in developing partnerships with his clients - providing guidance in making informed and creative decisions to help meet the numerous challenges real estate investors and lenders face. He is recognized for his ability to analyze and engineer deals that provide the maximum benefit to both borrowers and lender while staying transparent with each.
